How I Healed My Eczema (Atopic dermatitis) | For People Who Want Change in Their Life. This video is intended to share my experience of how I healed my eczema through dietary changes, healthy living, and stress management. I am currently free of taking antibiotics for bacterial infections related to eczema, no longer going to phototherapy, soaking in bleach baths, wrapping myself in saran wrap and gauze, and free from using topical steroid creams on my limbs and body. Today, I am only using light steroid creams on my fingers and hands as needed (very little though) as I work in the health care field which entails a lot of hand washing thereby resulting in the drying of my hands.
How I healed my eczema:
1. Eat clean, whole foods. Though ideal, this doesn’t have to be organic or anything special (e.g. expensive supplements). This may include: cutting out meats, dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, processed foods, and processed sugars. Drinking lots of water. Eating lots of fruits and vegetables.
2. Exercising daily for stress management to redirect your energy away from your skin condition or stressor(s) in life.
3. Get adequate amounts of sleep to help with your healing.
4. Reach out to people for social and emotional support (may include friends, family, support groups, therapists, health care professionals, etc.).
5. Be gentle, patient, and less harsh on yourself.
The tips above may be too drastic or unrealistic for some people, though I encourage you to do small changes at a time and see where that takes you. Today, I eat a plant based diet or can be classified as an ovo-lacto vegetarian though I rarely eat eggs and dairy. I occasionally will have some “bad” treats, in moderation though, now that I have healed my skin and understood my body.
Please note, I’ve had severe eczema since childhood and have recently (within the last three years) taken control of my skin. I have the clearest skin I have ever had in my life and am hoping this video gives hope and encouragement to others who may be suffering from a skin condition or health condition. I am not a health care professional and this is not medical advice. I am only sharing my personal experience.
The next video will be some footage of my eczema while I was in transition of healing my skin. I sadly do not have footage of my skin when I was very little but I have some from the past three years. This video is to show that there is hope to smooth, comfortable, and clear skin!
As mentioned in the video, I hope to reach out to anyone who wants change in their life whether that be related to health, relationships, situational circumstances, etc. What can you get from this video? If you want change in your life perhaps make one change (that can be very minute or drastic), write it down, and keep it consistent. See where this change takes you and be open to change and transitions. May the situation you are in serve to awaken you!

http://www.eczema-natural-healing.com I had helpful conversations via. email with Donia, a kind lady who shares how she healed her eczema naturally. Though her suggestions were helpful, I didn’t have the finances to completely follow her healing plan (e.g. buying certain supplements, vitamins, etc.). I took bits and pieces of her advice and did what felt right with my body.
